Aiken attended James Kenan High School in Warsaw, North Carolina where he was an All-Conference honoree in football, basketball, and track & field. In track & field, he placed second at the North Carolina State Meet on the high jump.
[edit] Professional career
[edit] Buffalo Bills
Primarily a special teams player, Aiken made his mark covering kicks and punts on one of the league's best special teams units. However, he played a limited role on offense, and because he was in the last year of his contract it was rumored that he would be released for someone who could make a larger impact on offense. The Bills allowed him to enter the free agent market without effort.
[edit] New England Patriots
On March 3, 2008, Aiken signed with the New England Patriots.[1]
