Samuel Adam Adkins (born May 21, 1955 in Van Nuys, California) is a former professional American football player. He attended Cleveland High School in Reseda, CA and Wichita State University. He played for the NFL Seattle Seahawks from 1977-1981. He and his wife Dale have 4 children.
Since his retirement, he has worked in broadcasting in the Seattle area, as the color commentator for the University of Washington football radio broadcasts and more extensively as a host and correspondent on the Seahawks post-game show.
