The Portuguese article gives the May 14 1981 date, the http://www.ufoevidence.org case article quotes Vladimir Kovalyonok's experience with a UFO and dates it May 5 1981. His observations are entirely different from that reported in the translation of the Portuguese article. There is no further documentation on the internet and to my way of thinking it sounds like the whole thing may have been made up in its entirety.
