[edit] references re: steep road hill?

Was curious about it (boring evening, wanting to see if there were any amusing incidents on it, etc) and can't find anything on the wider net save for it being referred to as an (unofficial?) address and waypoint within directions... and one tangential reference that seems to point to the 'difficulty' being because of it's narrowness and unintelligent engineering rather than the hill proper.
