[edit] Trivia

Trivia Vulkan bears great resemblance to Warhammer's (not Warhammer 40,000- but the original Warhammer) Valten. Both notable leaders, both raised by blacksmiths, both their villages attacked by foes (Valten's by beastmen) and both used hammers to defend them. Many other similarities are apparent. Also the names are quiemotic- Vukan and Valten.

What is wrong with this? It is perfectly true and I see no point in deleting it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by PedroFromHell (talkcontribs) 21:03, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Vulkans backstory

Theres no way that Vulkan was four when he repelled the Dark Eldar. 14 or even 10 I could believe. While the primarchs were to Astartes what Astartes are to humans, even a four year old primarch would still be the size of a four year old. I remember either Lost and the Damned or Blood and Fire saying that the primarchs didn't start manifesting their real abilities until just before puberty. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.64.2.77 (talk) 20:09, 18 September 2007 (UTC)

The primarch's developed in aging quite rapidly, so I believe at 4 Vulkan would be the equivilant to a 16-18 year old human and hit puberty at 2 or 3, this is stated in some Warhammer articles I have read. Bretonnia (talk) 13:16, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
