Salyan District

Salyan District, a part of the Rapti Zone, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal, a landlocked country of South Asia. The district, with Salyan as its district headquarters, covers an area of 1,462 km² and has a population of 213,500 according to the 2001 census.
