Salt Tank

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Salt Tank are two English music producers, David Gates and Malcolm Stanners, and percussionist Andy Rose, from Surrey, UK. Their music ranges from laid-back trance such as their hit Eugina (some of its many versions include a sample from Me And A Gun by Tori Amos) to tougher sounds. They have collaborated with other music artists such as Chicane, in the track Leaving Town which can be found in Chicane's album Far From The Maddening Crowds.
In turn, Salt Tank remixed the song, and as Pueblo Blanco ("White Town"), was issued on several compilations, including 1999's "Gatecrasher : Wet" album.

They enjoyed a brief flirtation with the UK Singles Chart in May 1996 when the single version of Eugina peaked at #40.
