Salma Akhter is a Bangladeshi singer. She is the winner of the second installment of CloseUp1 Tomakei Khujchhe Bangladesh, a musical talent hunt competition analogous to American Idol that is broadcast on the Bangladeshi channel NTV. She sings Fakir Lalon Shah’s songs. Her first album, Bandhu Aiyo Aiyo has been released.
