Hemaid has well-attended participations in international Islamic conferences held by the Holy Mosques,Um-Al-Qura University or private invitation. He attended religious conferences in Cairo, Rabat, Londonanumber of American States, Pakistan, Indonesia and South Africa. He practiced teaching at the Holy Mosque in Makkah, and a royal decree approved his nomination as teacher and Mufti at the Holy Mosque of Makkah Al-Mokaramah.
