The Salem Stampede are a team in the International Basketball League, playing in Salem, Oregon. The Stampede played home games in the Salem Armory, which seats 3,000 for basketball. In 2007, the team played home games in Salem's McKay High School.
The team did not play in the 2008 season, according to its website, "for business reasons". The site reports that it will return for the 2009 season, when it will again be coached by Joe Becerra.
