Sale Urban District was, from 1894 to 1935, an urban district in the administrative county of Cheshire, England, administering the town of Sale.
It was created as a result of the Local Government Act 1894, and was expanded in 1930 by the addition of the Ashton upon Mersey Urban District. In 1935 Sale Urban District became a municipal borough.
The municipal borough was abolished in 1974, as a result of the Local Government Act 1972, when Sale became a part of the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford, in Greater Manchester.
