Press release from hiding by Gastao Salsinha providing a general statement outlining the intent of the rebel group and their involvement in the alleged assassination attempt on the President and Prime Minister. Original copyright is assumed to reside with Gastao Salsinha himself.

• Source: Image was taken from a copy of a DVD press release by Gastao Salsinha delivered from hiding to a visiting Australian SBS television crew in Maubisse, Timor Leste on or around 10 April 2008. It is unclear what Salsinha's intentions were and it is not possible to consult but the assumption is that this is a general press release and that the content was intended to have as wide an audience as possible.
• Photographer: The photographer is an unidentified member of the petitioners rebel group, the location is intentionaly disguised but probably within or bordering the district of Ainaro.
