There are lots of inaccuracies and irrelevancies on this page. The Daimonji festival is in no way limited to Sakyo-ku, and the information about it should be moved to the correct entry. I'm working on an improved version based on the Japanese page. Tornfalk 08:06, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] link to Kyoto Protocol information

I believe the link to "Government of Japan Ministry of the Environment" belongs on the "Kyoto Protocol" page and does not belong on this Kyoto City Ward page.

That seems like a more appropriate place for it. However, I put that in this article in response to a factual challenge. See this edit. So it's here for a reason. That doesn't mean it has to stay; if in your judgment it should be removed or moved, please feel free. At least you know there's a reason for it. Fg2 11:51, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
