[edit] Glottalic symbols have been reversed here

Somebody here is using the glottalic symbol (i.e. the apostrophe) in reverse! In the standard transcription of Georgian, the apostrophe after the letter (e.g.: p', t', k') indicates the glottalized series of consonants, while the aspirated series is indicated by the plain letter (e.g.: p, t, k). The native name of the country of Georgia is correctly transcribed Sakartvelo, not Sak'art'velo, because the k and t are both the aspirated kind, not the glottalized kind. The reverse usage adopted here goes against a firmly established standard transliteration practice. Please correct it. Pasquale 15:52, 3 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] commentary removed from article

This comment is published without contact with the organisation. Although data is reasonably correct. There are two points to be made about it. Firstly - Abkhazia is not an ethnic subdivision of Georgia. It is a country with elected authorities, population, and the territory under control of the state. Secondly - the organisation is inactive for few years due lack of local or international support of the organisation. If anyone is serious about it please write to Vladimirkakalia@yahoo.com I will be happy to hear from those the Scouts.
