[edit] 150,000 or 15,000?

There's a disparity between the compensation said to be paid to the French for this incident - on this page the amount is given as 150,000 yen, but on the Seppuku page the number is given as 15,000. That entry predates this one by a couple of years. I'm not able to locate a source for either online, could anyone respond with a verifiable source for one figure or the other? - Corporal Tunnel 14:41, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Date with Seppuku

The Seppuku page states that the Sakai incident took place 15 February 1868 The Sakai Incident page states that the Sakai incident took place 8 March 1868 70.52.5.44 23:02, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
