The majority of this article is copy-and-pasted from the Catholic Encyclopedia (the text from "Martyr under Diocletian..." through "...gave rise to local legends") -- it looks like the CE, published in 1911, should be public domain by now, but the article still shouldn't be a direct copy, should it?
