Talk:Saint John's Bible
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm sorry, the person who edited this has trouble maintaining POV. If you wish to use a page to praise the Pepper Bible, create an article on the Pepper Bible. If you read the promotional literature given out at fundraising, it is very clear that this Bible is the first commissioned, which it is.

[edit] Another handwritten illuminated bible (not commissioned)
While it does not threaten the Saint John's Bible's title of first commissioned handwritten illuminated bible it might also be interesting to mention the “Bulley Bible.” I believe the Bulley Bible was made by Edward Bulley between 1969 and 1983 during his retirement.
As far as I know the Bulley Bible is still owned by Westmister Cathedral in London, yet not on public display. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.211.118.237 (talk) 20:35, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
