[edit] examples? & recording

An excellent article. The one thing I looked for was possibly some musical illustrations of the leitmotives? Of course that might be a practical and/or legal problem.

Mention should probably be made of the excellent recording conducted by Kent Nagano on Deutsche Grammophon CD #445176-2, which features Jose van Dam and Dawn Upshaw. (I'm pretty sure it's the only extant recording of the piece so no favoritism would be involved).Turangalila (talk) 06:08, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Too messy in the Orchestra section

It is too messy that can hardly read. I am requested to change the format like this. Do anybody have any ideas? (Addaick 14:19, 7 October 2007 (UTC))

For a month there is no reply. I will reformat those messy wordings. (Addaick (talk) 03:32, 17 November 2007 (UTC))

[edit] Documentary and Video of Opera

I don't see any mention of the 1992 Salzburg production under Peter Sellars (w/ Salonen and the LA Phil), there is an excellent 90-min documentary on the production called "A Letter to Peter", directed by Jean-Pierre Gorin [IMDB link ], and apparently Gorin also shot a full-length video of the opera for Austrian TV (Osterreichischer Rundfunk) [See here.] Should I add this under Recordings?
