Saitō Tatsuoki (斎藤龍興 Saitō Tatsuoki?, 1548 - August 14, 1573) was a daimyo in Mino Province during the Sengoku period. He was a son of Saitō Yoshitatsu.
Tatsuoki succeeded his father at the age of 14. He was, however, an incapable ruler unlike his grandfather and father. He had a bitter rivalry with Oda Nobunaga and lost to him in 1564 but survived, yet the Saitō clan were no longer players in the Sengoku period. He was also the nephew of Oda Nobunaga's first wife, Nōhime.
