St. Patrick's High School is located on Sebastian road near the Secunderabad Railway Station.
This school was established in the year 1911 A.D. In the earlier years it was known as the St.Patrick's European High School. This school is run by the Jesuit order. It is a boys only school from Kindergarten to 10th grade following the SSC curriculum. It has an illustrious alumni of the likes of Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairman of the Planning commission of India. Since its inception more than 30,000 students attended the school. It celebrates Nostalgia Day on the first Sunday of every year for its alumni. In addition to its educational focus, the school also provides many extra curricular activities like sports, competitions, etc. It also conducts an annual Inter-School basketball tournament oragnised by the alumni association named after their former principal, the late Father Devasia.

The school is well known for its quality of education in secunderabad competing with St.Ann's High School. The school has a very good basketball,cricket and tennis team. It has a record of being the only school which always stands among the top 5 schools in any cricket or basketball tournament organized for various schools around the city. It also boasts about its cricket players who play for the ranji trophy every year.
