Saint Eleutherius may refer to:
- Pope Eleuterus (feast day May 26)
- St. Eleutherius of Nicomedia (feast day October 2), martyred in the year 303 at the height of the Diocletian Persecution. A soldier in Emperor Diocletian's army, he was accused of setting fire to the emperor’s palace and was burned to death after being tortured with companions
- Saint Eleutherius of Tournai, bishop there
- the martyr Saint Eleutherius of Constantinople
- the martyred companion of Saint Denis (martyred c.250, feast day October 9)
