Saint Anne School offers an educational experience in four and three year preschool, full and half-day kindergarten, and first through eighth grade. The total enrollment for the 2006-2007 school year was 240 students. There is a low pupil/teacher ratio of only 16 students to 1 teacher. The average class size is 20 students. Saint Anne School offers a full academic curriculum, daily religious education and sacramental preparation, computer classes, Spanish, music, art, and physical education. There is even some additional services that are available to assist students at this school. Those additional services include remedial math and reading programs, testing, counseling, speech therapy, morning and after-school extended care programs. Located within the school is the school's library which holds 5,500+ volumes, supplemented with videos and audio tapes. There is also a brand new networked computer lab and classrooms, internet access, two laser printers (one color), digital cameras and projection unit.

The activities offered at Saint Anne School are PA Junior Academy of Science, Student Newspaper, Forensics, English Festival, Stump the Students, Lectors, Altar Servers, Spelling Bee, and Band & Advanced Band.

The sporting activities that students have the ability to join are Cross-Country, Track, Cheerleading, Diocesan Football, and Basketball (Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Instructional).
