Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire is a commune in the département of Loire-Atlantique and the Pays de la Loire région of France. It is the third-largest suburb of the city of Nantes, and is adjacent to it on the southeast, across the Loire River. In the 1999 census, Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire had a population of 25,223. The commune has a land area of 11.66 km² (4.502 sq mi).
