Saint-Roch (Somme) railway station
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Saint-Roch is a station in the French Northern city of Amiens.
The station opened in 1847 when the line from Amiens to Abbeville opened. The station was heavily bombarded during the nights of the 18th and 20th May 1940, but the building escaped relatively unscaved. It did not escaped the allied bombardments of 1942 and 144 and was rebuilt by Pierre Dufau in 1945.
