Saint-Priest is a commune in the département of Rhône and the Rhône-Alpes région of France.
It is the fourth-largest suburb of the city of Lyon, and is located to its southeast side. It is a member of the metropolitan Urban Community of Lyon. In the 1999 census, Saint-Priest had a population of 40,974. The commune has a land area of 29.71 km² (11.471 sq mi).
