Les Patriotes de Saint-Eustache are a Tier II Junior "A" ice hockey team from Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada. They are a part of the Quebec Junior AAA Hockey League.

Although entering the QJAAAHL in 2002, it is yet unclear whether or not the Patriots entered the league that year or moved from another centre as four other teams folded just before the inclusion of St-Eustache.
