Saigon Plaza is a skyscraper prepared to be constructed in district 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This tower will have 65 floors and featrures a traditional Vietnamese house. The architect of the tower is Archipel/Archetype Architects (Vietnam). Once completion, this tower will be among one of the highest buildings in Vietnam. As of 2007, the highest building in Vietnam is Saigon Trade Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Upon completion, this tower will include offices, entertainment, shopping malls, convention center.

During 2000-2007, Vietnam has achieved an economic growth of 8-8.5%, thus leading to the increasing demand of office and shopping spaces in its big cities like Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang, Haiphong has been in rapid rise.
