Saifur Rahman (ছয়ফুর রহমান) is a Bangladeshi politician, and the former Finance minister of Bangladesh. A chartered accounted by profession, he is a member of the former ruling Bangladesh Nationalist Party. He also has the unique record of preparing 12 out of the 36 yearly budgets since the independence of Bangladesh in 1971. He is the longest serving finance minister of Bangladesh and is a member of the Jatiyo Sangshad (National Assembly).
He has 3 sons and a daughter. His son (Naser) is involved in politics. Now in Sylhet jail for corruption.
