This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Refuteku) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low-resolution scan of a Saint Seiya promotional image;
it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
it provides an illustration of many of this series' most important characters, and of the art style used for the series, and is to be used solely for the purpose of illustration.
