Description

Sains-en-Amiénois (Somme, France) - Le choeur de l'église avec la dalle du tombeau des 3 saints (dont on voit surtout les piliers trapus, à gauche).
On remarque aussi :

  • un reliquaire doré entouré de 2 angelots,
  • très peu visible ici car trop sombre (au-dessus de la deuxième fenêtre du côté droit) un "blochet" (court élément de charpente en saillie du mur et sculpté en forme de tête humaine),
  • des signes de restauration et de transformation de l'édifice :

1°) la poutre au-dessus du grand Christ est soutenue par un tronçon de poutre sortant du mur
2°) la large fenêtre au fond du choeur, plus haute que les autres, a sa partie supérieure empiétant sur la voûte du toit.
