Promotional picture of actor Mahesh Babu and Trisha Krishnan from the movie Sainikudu (2006). The copyright holder of this image is the producer of the film in question, C. Ashwini Dutt (Vyjayanthi Movies). This image is being displayed here on Wikipedia for informational purposes to provide visual information regarding the movie in question.

The image sainikudu 44.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (Hariharan91) believe this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• The screenshot is intended to present the appearance of the subject.
• The image is a promotional still of the film and is intended for wide distribution.
• No free or public domain images have been located for this purpose.
• The image does not limit the copyright holders' ability to market the motion picture or any home video in any way; and
• The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or his work in any way.
