Sahneh (album) (Persian: صحنه) is the second studio album by singer Siavash Shams released by Caltex Records. "Sahneh" is Siavash's most famous and successful abum. This is the first Siavash album in which he wrote songs. "Sahneh" showcased Siavash's vocal range and established him as a songwriter and musician. The album also features lyrics by Jaklin and was produced by well known producer, songwriter and remixer Brian Wayy who has composed many songs for artists like Rod Stewart, Paula Abdul, The Police, Diana Ross and Duran Duran;[1] All of the 8 songs on the album became huge hits. "Sahneh", which in English means "stage", made Siavash so popular and famous that after this album he became known as "Siavash Sahneh". Sahneh was the first Persian album to mix western music style with Persian music.
