[edit] STAN THOMPSON MAY OR MAY NOT BE MEGS FATHER!
A throwaway gag would have to include a cutaway, which isnt the case in the stan thompson thing. it was during an actual scene that Stan thompson was said to be meg's father, so it should be include as a possible. it was best when both stan thompson and Peter were listed as potentially being megs father. [edit] Wikimania in Atlanta!
Hi! I noticed your involvement on U.S. South-related articles, categories and WikiProjects, and I wanted to let you know about a bid we're formulating to get next year's Wikimania held in Atlanta! If you would like to help, be sure to sign your name to the "In Atlanta" section of the Southeast team portion of the bid if you're in town, or to the "Outside Atlanta" section if you still want to help but don't live in the city or the suburbs. If you would like to contribute more, please write on my talk page, the talk page of the bid, or join us at the #wikimania-atlanta IRC chat on freenode.org. Have a great day!
P.S. While this is a template for maximum efficiency, I would appreciate a note on my talk page so I know you got the message, and what you think. This is time-sensitive, so your urgent cooperation is appreciated. :) Mike H. I did "That's hot" first! 08:19, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for joining the Family Guy reference desk staff
Thanks for participating. I don't have a boilerplate greeting slapped together yet, but the basic procedure so far:
- Check Category:Talk pages with Family Guy forum questions periodically. Unfortunately, the Watchlist feature doesn't notice pages being added, so it it necessary to browse the page.
- Any articles tagged with {{evilmonkey}} should be evaluated for suitability for FGdesk
- If tagged questions are plausibly relevant to editing the article, they should be left unchanged, and the {{evilmonkey}} template removed. (A good Edit summary might be "not suitable for [[WP:FGdesk]]".) We want to be careful not to let evilmonkey become a "shut up"-equivalent codephrase.
- Tagged questions that are not potentially related to editing their articles, move them to WP:FGdesk, and replace the question on the source page with the tag {{FGdeskmove}}.
- Answer question on WP:FGdesk, or leave for other editors to answer.
If you just want to watch WP:FGdesk for questions, that's fine, and probably the most needed help at this time. Thanks again for joining. Sorry to take so long to notice your signing up! / edg ☺ ★ 22:08, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate/archive1
A key part of a featured article nomination is responding to editors' feedback. If you really want Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate to become a Featured Article, then you should look at the recommendations made by User:LaMenta3 and try to implement them, and then ask her if you've completed the tasks. —Disavian (talk/contribs) 00:38, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
- I'm sorry. Its just that I'm often bogged down with non-Wiki life.....things. I will get right on those things. Saget53 02:27, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for helping to fight vandalism, but please remember to warn the user after reverting. You may find some of the scripts at WP:TOOLS (specifically the user scripts) very useful, and the Template messages/User talk namespace. —Vanderdecken∴ ∫ξφ 18:59, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 2007 Georgia Bulldogs football team
I was just curious why you copy edited the game notes. The exact wording was taken from the references and rightly cited. Once you changed the wording of something that was taken directly from a source, then it can be interpreted as an opinion and has to be removed due to Wikipedia's TOS. I am going to revert what you did and put back the other box scores that will be used by the end of the year. Dawg1279 11:12, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
- he also seems to have some kind of bone to pick about Tim Tebow. Hardly a shock to see he has affiliation with the bulldogs.
[edit] Thaddeus Griffin
Just so you know, there was some encouragement (by me) on Talk:Peter Griffin to add Thaddeus Griffin to List of characters from Family Guy. This was done partially to discourage the creation of an article for this character.
I think banning one-shot characters is a good idea. However, there is an article for one-shot The Simpsons characters, and its existence will be cited as reason to start listing same for Family Guy. We might want to make an early exception for Thaddeus (on List of characters only) since it is possible a reader might want to find out if this character (who as Peter's brother could seem potentially important in the series) has made other appearances. / edg ☺ ☭ 16:38, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
Just wondering, who the fuck died and made you God, as if you are entitled to change everything in the Family Guy episode article that doesn't happen to meet your personal guidelines?? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.85.139.42 (talk) 19:27, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
