Sagawa Express Osaka Soccer Club(佐川急便大阪サッカー部) operate out of Tsurumi stadium in Osaka although they often play home games in Nagai also in one of the smaller stadiums. The owners are Sagawa Express, a Japanese transportation business.

Sagawa Osaka joined the JFL in 2002, one year after their Tokyo counterparts did. They have been largely confined to the mid-table, seemingly willing to allow other sides to look for J-league status. They have a smattering of players from J-league and clubs in the JFL.

Results this season have been mixed with their forward line being unable to penetrate as well as they might. A previous game against Ehime F.C. saw a second half masterclass in backpedaling as they desperately and ultimately unsuccessfully attempted to hold a one goal lead, a tie played in sweltering conditions ending in a 2 all draw.

Their fans bring drums and brass instruments to games and generally make as much noise as a small but committed following can. It's hoped that in future seasons more ambition may be shown by the side. Some believe that a joint team with Sagawa of Tokyo, who famously upset J-League Nagoya in 2001 in the Emperor's Cup may be the way to go.

It has been announced that Sagawa Express Osaka S.C. and Sagawa Express Tokyo S.C. will be merged and play as "Sagawa Express S.C." from the 2007 season. They will be based in Shiga Prefecture.
