Saga Services Ltd is a UK based company specialising in holidays and Insurance for the over 50's. The Company have three very large call centres. Unlike other companies all of the call centres are based in the UK, two of which are based in Folkestone Kent, (Middleberg Square, Enbrook Park) the other and newest call centre is located in the Eurokent Business park which is in Ramsgate Kent.

Saga also operate a subscription magazine, which is the highest subscribed to magazine in the UK, with a circulation figure of 610,771, and a readership of 1,205,000 per month. The subscription-based magazine performs a vital role for Saga Group. Subscribers can take advantage of a growing number of services and benefits featured in each issue, including exclusive offers courtesy of Saga Holidays and Saga Personal Finance. The magazine is edited by Kate Bravery.

MetroMail is a fully-automated mailing house that was acquired by the Saga Group in 1989. Although the acquisition was planned primarily to satisfy Saga's own direct mail needs, the company has been expanded significantly to serve an impressive range of third-party clients from a variety of industry sectors.
In 2000 Saga committed to further development by investing £6m in MetroMail's state-of-the-art, 90,000 sq.ft. facility in County Durham. MetroMail can handle all stages of the direct mail cycle, from processing data and high speed laser printing, through to folding and enclosing inserts, polywrapping, handling and mailing completed packs.
