What about health problems (especially respiratory, from the smoke) - is this lamp any better than standard lamps? --Singkong2005 ^{(t - c - WPID)} 08:22, 16 June 2006 (UTC)

The only difference in the design I'm aware of is the spill and breakage resistance designed into the new lamp. I assume that any other health issues are the same for other kerosene lamps. scot 20:47, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
