İsmail Safa Giray (born 1931 in İzmir, Turkey) is a Turkish politician of the Motherland Party (Turkish: Anavatan Partisi), member of parliament and a former Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Safa Giray was born in İzmir in 1931. He graduated from the faculty of civil engineering at Istanbul Technical University.
He is married and has 3 children.
