Sadie Coles HQ is a prominent contemporary art gallery in London, England, founded by Sadie Coles.

Sadie Coles first worked as a gallery director for Anthony d'Offay. She opened her own gallery, Sadie Coles HQ, in April 1997 with paintings by John Currin and an installation by Sarah Lucas, one of the Young British Artists, who is her best known artist. Jim Lambie, whom she represents, was a nominee for the 2005 Turner Prize. Artists she represents include Carl Andre, Avner Ben Gal, John Currin, Angus Fairhurst, Urs Fischer, Jim Lambie, Sarah Lucas, Raymond Pettibon, Elizabeth Peyton, Richard Prince and Daniel Sinsel.

The gallery has two sites, one at 35 Heddon Street, off Regent Street, and one at 69 South Audley Street.
