Saddleback

In general, a saddleback is the shape of a saddle. In mathematics, the term is often used incorrectly to mean a saddle point.
Saddleback is also an alternative name for:
- Saddleback College, Mission Viejo, California
- Saddleback Church, pastored by Rick Warren in Lake Forest, California
- Blencathra, a mountain in the English Lake District
- The Saddleback or Tieke, a bird found in New Zealand
- A traditional gable roof (not a saddle shape at all), particularly when such a roof sits atop a tower
- Saddleback (pig), a breed of domestic pig
- Saddleback caterpillar, a moth larva with a painful sting
