Sachiko is a Japanese feminine given name meaning child of bliss. Sachiko means "child of bliss" or happiness when it is written the kanji 幸子 that means as such. Sachiko could be written in many other ways with other kanji which have different meanings. Sachiko is a fairly common Japanese feminine first name.
