SacHead was an emocore/punk rock band from the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The band consisted of Chris Broach (vocals), Aaron Lipke (bass guitar), Shane Mason (drums), Lou Goins (vocals, guitar), and Andy Hawthorne (guitar).

The band formed in the Fall of 1992 in the Chicago suburb of Wheeling, Illinois, playing shows in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, frequently opening for Cap'n Jazz. In the spring of 1993, Playing Field Recordings released Our World.[1]
Members went on to be in the bands Braid, Seven Inch, Three Hands Clapping, Mondale, Midwest, Pilot On Hiatus, The Serge Nubret, L' Spaerow, Life at Sea and The Firebird Band.
Both Aaron Lipke and Shane Mason contributed vocals to the song, "Sergio Valente", which is track 13 on disc 2 of the Cap'n Jazz anthology album, Analphabetapolothology. This song also appears on the Cap'n Jazz 7", Boys 16 to 18 Years... Age of Action (Further Beyond Records, 1993).[2]
