[edit] Welcome
Hello, Sabine01, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!
- I've corrected your username link on Talk:Quizbowl. You had it right
the first timebefore (I'm assuming the IP was you). To do that in the future, you can type five tildes: ~~~~~. Good luck! --Christopherlin 20:49, 27 April 2006 (UTC) (updated 22:26)

Mmm, userboxes | This user thinks that more Wikipedians would like userboxes if they were edible. |
- You're still a goof, Trish ;) --Stlemur 00:08, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Yo also!
It took me a sec to figure out who you were ! Until I saw Furman and GW at least. --AW 14:04, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] DC Meetup notice
Greetings. There is going to be a Washington DC Wikipedia meetup on next Saturday, July 21st at 5pm in DC. Since you are listed in Category:Wikipedians_in_Maryland, I thought I'd invite you to come. I'm sorry about the short notice for the meeting. Hopefully we'll do somewhat better in that regard next time. If you can't come but want to make sure that you are informed of future meetings be sure to list yourself under "but let me know about future events", and if you don't want to get any future direct notices \(like this one\), you can list yourself under "I'm not interested in attending any others either" on the DC meetup page.--Gmaxwell 00:27, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
