[edit] Review of The prophet article
I read the article again and I found that in several points the article has written from the Sunni viewpoint. I mention the points here:
- Birthday(Template:Muhammad in Mecca))
- Lead:According to Sunni view First revelation was in Ramadan while Shia believe it was on Rajab 27th.
- Farewell pilgrimage and death:The following Qur'anic verse was delivered in this incident: “Today I have perfected your religion, and completed my favours for you and chosen Islam as a religion for you.”(Qur'an 5:3)
- Establishment of a new polity:Brotherhood
- Death and Tadfin
- Marriages and children:Aisha and Zainab bint Muhammad
- Legacy:Quran, Etrat and Fadak
Other problems:
- Isra and Mi'raj:The importance of the journey in Islamic spiritual tradition is not clarified.
- Munafiqin
- Siege of Medina:accusation of adultery
- Truce of Hudaybiyya:Islam was an Arabian religion
- The Yahud
- Conquest of Mecca
- Battle of Tabouk
- Conquest of Yemen
- Legacy:As spiritual guidance
The article especially Muhammad in Medina sounds bad.
