Saša Ilić (Macedonian Cyrillic: Саша Илиќ) (born September 5, 1970 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, SFR Yugoslavia) is an ethnic Macedonian goalkeeper who currently plays for Pegah Gilan F.C. in Iran's Premier Football League.

Ilić played for Persepolis F.C. during the 2003/04 season and Esteghlal Ahvaz F.C. during the 2004/2005 season, both of who play in Iran's Premier Football League. Since 2005 He plays for Pegah Gilan.
He has an impressive record at Pegah Gilan in the 2006/07 season, conceding only 2 goals in 19 appearances.

Ilić's most recent cap for the Macedonian national team came in a 2-1 victory against Iran on November 11, 2005.
