Saïd Abed Makasi (born 20 August 1982) is a DR Congo-born, Rwandan football striker currently playing for Hapoel Be'er Sheva. He is a member of the Rwanda national football team. He scored his first goal in the national team against Mauritania in a 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification game in the sixtieth minute from a penalty kick.
