  1. Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Accord software may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers. On Wikipedia, all users are entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable, with reference to reliable published sources. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. -- Longhair\talk 09:14, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
  2. Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to the Accord software page. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. -- Longhair\talk 09:15, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] No personal attacks / Accord Software and Systems

Regarding your comments at my talk page, I suggest you review Wikipedia:No personal attacks. Comments such as those you made at my talk page are in breach of official policy at Wikipedia. I assume you're annoyed at my deletion of your article on Accord software (now at Accord Software and Systems). There's better more civil ways to deal with any problems with my edits than shooting venom.

That said, why is Accord Software notable? Are there any third party sources you can provide to show why this company is notable in its' field of expertise? -- Longhair\talk 06:26, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Accord Software and Systems

The article you wrote, Accord Software and Systems, is uncategorized. Please help improve it by adding it to one or more categories, so it may be associated with related articles. A stub marker or other template doesn't count - please put in an actual category in the article. Eli Falk 11:34, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

No offence taken - I've certainly received far worse comments to my talk page than yours. Note that civility is an official policy at Wikipedia, and No personal attacks are tolerated. In short, comment on the content, not the contributor. My comments were taken from a standard template a lot of administrators use when notifying editors about articles they've written about organisations they may be related to. That template is {{vanity}}. I'm happy to allow all ill-will to move aside and and happy to see you've greatly expanded on the orginal article since I first discovered it. Welcome aboard... -- Longhair\talk 11:09, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
BTW, I've travelled to India, spending time in Delhi mostly. Lovely country you have there. I can't wait to return. -- Longhair\talk 11:14, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Chozia Vellalar

A tag has been placed on Chozia Vellalar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
