Operation: S.O.D.A. is a comic title from tv show Codename: Kids Next Door. The title's expanded acronym is Skillful Operative's Delivery Attempt. Numbuh 2 is reading a newspaper about Mr. Fizz, the sultan of soda from Operation: P.O.P. Numbuh 4 tells him that they should deliver the soda at Lime Ricky's bar. They used the KND technology called BOOSTLEGGER to carry the soda. While Numbuh 2 and 4 are driving, Numbuh 2 teases Numbuh 4 for looking at his watch and worrying about the time. Fizz appears on the road with his motorcycle. Then, he began shooting soda bottle caps. Then, Fizz activates the De-Soda-Ization Module to remove the soda at the barrels. In the end, Numbuh 2 and 4 delivers the soda at Lime Ricky's bar.
