Sorry, I get a bit nervous when religious leaders claim they are not religious leaders. Charismatic frontman and all. Does anybody out there feel they've lost a friend to the one and only true way? Am I paranoid about an organisation that calls itself the only true way of seeing?
→ Why getting nervous? The aim of this tradition seems not to found a religion or to take part in a already existing religon nor following a front man so why to call him a religious leader. But even he is callead a religious leader I think it will not change much. The aim of this tradition and others as well which work similarly seems to help people to become more independently by this special way of neutral looking to bodily and mind manifestations. So many investigations have been done, that it is quite obviously in todays time that the mind we carry has, impurities, defilement or conditioning's (to use a more scientific term). Because this technique which is being teached in this organisation helps to look to this conditioning's in a way that they get reconditioned it is called by this traditions and by other traditions which work in a similar way and even by the historical Buddha as a true way of seeing. If this organisation would call itself the only true way of seeing it would be indeed very curious. But here seems to be a misunderstanding. As far as I understand this organisation does not say that. It only says that the technique itself has a high potential to learn this true way of seeing, without guarantee that it will work, and with full understanding that true way of seeing can be done by any individual in every traditions, organisation if it has the proper way to work on defilement's.
