Søren Ulrik Vestergaard (born May 4, 1987) is a Danish professional football player, who currently plays for the Danish 1st Division club Viborg FF.

He came to Randers FC from Silkeborg IF, and his change was put till January 1, 2008, where his contract expired, but Randers and Silkeborg became June 21, 2007 in agreement about a transfer sum.

In the spring 2008 he was loaned out to Viborg and from July 1 he will join them permanently.
