Sørbindalen

Sørbindalen is a former municipality in Nordland county, Norway.
The parish of Bindal had to be divided in two municipalities January 1, 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt), because the parish was split between the counties of Nordland and Nord-Trøndelag.
Sørbindalen was merged with Nordbindalen in 1852 to create the new municipality of Bindal (and Sørbindalen was then transferred from Nord-Trøndelag county to Nordland county).
